Terms & Conditions


To participate in sessions your child must become a member of the national Tumble Tots club. Annual membership costs £27 (renewal discounts apply). Membership provides insurance for class participation and a great membership pack. Membership is not required to attend a single Trial Class.

Sessions are payable in advance in full term blocks. Due dates for fees will be advised. A space in your chosen class is only guaranteed with payment. Term dates are available on our website at all times. Missed classes cannot be refunded or credited, but you are welcome to attend a replacement class at an alternative session to your normal one at any time during your paid period.

If extreme weather, or a major incident, prevent us from operating a session, we will try to contact you in advance of your class, as well as post on our Facebook page and Twitter stream. In that situation you will not be charged for the session of course. If in difficult weather we still manage to open our sessions but you are unable to attend, you will still be charged and you can do a make-up session subject to availability and within the same term only.

Please do not bring your child to Tumble Tots if they have been sick or had diarrhoea within the 48 hours prior to the session or if they have conjunctivitis that is not being treated with anti-biotic eye drops/creams. This also applies to siblings off school. Other standard exclusions (e.g. chicken pox) also apply. Hand gel is always available in our centres to minimise the spread of germs such as coughs and colds. Please help yourself.

The equipment is for use by Tumble Tots members only. Adults and non-member siblings must not climb on or use the large equipment. Sibling are welcome to join in at Circle Time and use the co-ordination equipment.

We have children and adults attending who have food allergies. No food or drink is to be taken into the session. Please leave all drinks and food with your shoes/coats in the changing area. Children can of course go to the changing area for a drink at any time during the session. Please ensure hands and faces are thoroughly wiped before returning onto the equipment.

Please take your child to the toilet before the session starts, if applicable.

For safety reasons, children must not use a dummy while on the equipment. Please encourage your child to leave any blankets/cuddly toys in the car/in your bag if you do bring one. The children need both their hands free for climbing and balance.

The safety of your children is our priority but remains your responsibility. Please follow the guidelines above and the advice given to you by Tumble Tots staff. In the event of an accident, please ensure you speak to a member of staff who will alert the First Aider. All accidents must be recorded in the Accident Book and signed by the child’s parent/carer. Signing the record can be done at a later date.
